This isn't just another support group—it's a space where you can be real, be heard, and walk away with new friends and practical strategies for navigating life's ups and downs.
Whether you're looking to improve your marriage, deepen your friendships, or simply feel more at peace, Bryce Bauer’s men’s group offers the community and guidance you need.
Bro, let’s be real for a second—life’s a lot, and somewhere along the way, someone told you that being a "real man" means handling it all by yourself.
How’s that working out for you? Yeah, didn’t think so.
You’ve been juggling family drama, work stress, relationship stuff, and trying not to lose it over the little things (like your missing left sock). Sometimes, it feels like you’re barely hanging on, right?
I get it. We all do.
Here’s the thing: You don’t have to go full lone wolf mode. We humans are wired for connection—even if our pride won’t admit it.
At Bryce Bauer Coaching, we’ve got your back. And don’t worry, this isn’t some kumbaya circle where you sing your feelings into the sunset. It’s a real men’s group where you can drop the “I’m fine” act and connect with other dudes who know exactly what you’re going through.
Led by a coach who’s been there, done that, and knows the ropes, you’ll get:
✅Friendships that go deeper than ‘How ‘bout that game?’
✅A stronger marriage—because trust us, ‘happy wife, happy life’ is real.
✅Less stress, more balance, and finally feeling like you’ve got it together.
✅Support through life’s curveballs—because it throws a lot of them.
✅Practical tools—like meditation, minus the chanting.
You don’t have to prove anything here, man. Just show up, hang out, and let’s figure this out together.

Bryce has a dedication that makes me consistently feel seen and honored in my Journey.
His approach to support is very collaborative and seems to always guide me to a safe place within myself regardless of external factors.
Bryce will always be an ally and someone that I KNOW believes in Me and also the work He does.
"I have been working with Bryce since 2019; first he coached me and my partner as a couple, then I joined his men's group, and have done 1:1 coaching with him as well.

"I believe relationship, and life in general, is more fulfilling if we can learn to notice our inner experiences/emotions and share when it's safe to do so.
Bryce has a knack for creating safe environments for men to learn how to do just this. It can be scary at first, but Bryce's approach is easing, and the group very quickly becomes a safe place to be yourself.
If you're looking to enhance your life and improve your relationships, I highly recommend joining a men's group organized and run by Bryce."

What do people usually talk about in the men’s group?
Every group will look a little bit different. If someone is coming in with a big life event or decision they need to make, I want to make sure they have an opportunity to get some support. This could be a death, a divorce, a job change, or a family issue. If there isn’t anything that feels urgent, I have a few different formats I use that invite vulnerability, new ways of thinking, and a deeper sense of connection to others in the group. I may also teach relational and communication skills along with practices.
What type of guys join the group?
Of the 40+ guys that have joined the online format in the last few years, I see that most of the Men are highly successful in their work life while struggling to match that success in their relational life. The average age is about 40 and usually married with children. Because this is an online group, they join from all over the United States and sometimes abroad. I don’t allow Men to join who are dealing with a serious mental health issue or addiction.
What’s your background?
After attending an adult wilderness therapeutic program as a client in 2007, I moved to Utah to work for an all-male adult wilderness therapeutic program in 2010. I worked for several programs in Utah, New Mexico, and Hawaii for the next 5 years. Most of my time was spent planning outdoor adventures, leading groups, and assisting clients in their transition back into their life. When I met my wife (a marriage and family therapist) 9 years ago, I shifted into marriage counseling. I’ve sought training from therapists who also train other therapists. Terry Real, Jayson Gaddis, and Ellen Boeder are a few that I trained and certified with. I’ve also completed intensive group facilitator training through The Relateful Company and WE-Powered. On top of that, I’ve attended many workshops as a participant to learn and grow myself.
How do I get signed up and how does it work?
It’s very simple. If you decide to sign up, you make a 6-month commitment to join the group. You are free to join once per week or as many times as your life allows. The more you show up, the more in tune you will be with the other members and what’s happening. All you really have to do is sign up and show up. I lead every meeting except on rare occasions where I may bring in a new guide when I have a conflict in schedule. We meet over Zoom with everybody’s faces showing. Accountability is maintained within the group and it’s up to you to ask for what you need there.
If you are dealing with a serious mental health issue or addiction, you need a higher level of care than a men’s group can provide. I don’t want guys to join who are being coaxed into it by their partners, who can’t take in feedback, or who are “too busy” to show up and really be a part of the group. It’s best if you either make these groups a priority for 6 months or to look for a different opportunity.
Your “being on the fence-ness” is welcome in the group if you’re open to exploring it. How long have you been on the fence about getting help? It doesn’t serve the group to have people come in that are going to leave. Sure, there is a level of trust with that. That’s why I do the free 15-minute call so you can get a feel for me and ask questions. I’d rather you not join if you’re unsure. That’s the policy that has allowed these groups to maintain a high level of integrity and accountability.
I have several testimonials from Men who’ve expressed that joining the Men’s Group was the first time they had ever felt like they could open up and share everything. We’ve supported Men through big life events such as the death of a parent, divorce, job loss, and boundaries with extended family. I’ve also watched Men laugh and cry at the same time when they finally let go of an old belief that wasn’t serving them. We celebrate what’s being accomplished while also challenging members to show up in ways they didn’t think they could. I have never received a negative report from a member.
