Bryce Bauer and Jenny Morrow agree to keep client information, and coaching session information, confidential (* except in the cases of the conditions listed below). He agrees to the privacy of session notes, calendars, and any other information about clients and their sessions. We will not share testimonials, or client's feedback, without written consent.
The client has the right to share whatever information they would like to share about coaching sessions with anyone they would like to share it with. This is a one-way confidentiality agreement only. Client is under no obligation to maintain confidentiality.* Bryce and Jenny do not agree to maintain confidentiality in the following cases: child abuse, neglect, domestic violence, and/or threats of violence (to self or others). The following must be reported to Social Services or other protective agencies. If such reports are made they will be disclosed to you or your legal representative, UNLESS disclosure increases risk of further harm.
